Geumjae/금재 is Suga’s older brother’s name. It was Joongi before he changed it.
People usually say 엄마의손맛 which means “(food with) a mother’s touch” so the “손맛” there means “cooking prepared by hand”.
Suga also recently referred his older brother’s cooking as “Geumjae’s cooking/금재손맛” on his latest VLive.)
